I’ve got my outfit sorted but I need a scary snack so I am going to show you how to make these little guys. They are simple and delicious and will have your tastebuds quivering!
RECIPE –
For the putrified flesh of the cupcake –
125g self-raising flour
125g caster sugar
¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
130g soft unsalted butter
2 large eggs zest of 2 limes
1 tbsp lime juice
½ tbsp milk
For the ectoplasmic lime slime
110g caster sugar
zest of 1 lime
110ml lime juice
2 large eggs
5 egg yolks
You will also need –
Your choice of buttercream (a small amount), coloured black
