Recipe –
For the cupcakes…
185g caster sugar
140g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
30g chocolate chips
2 eggs
105g vegetable oil
125g buttermilk
120ml cola water (2 tbs cola syrup, topped up to 120ml with water)
