Recipe –
For the crepes…
300g plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp caster sugar
6 lg eggs
900ml whole milk
butter+oil for cooking
For the ganache…
150 double cream
150g dark choc
For the cream fillings…
400g double cream
20g icing sugar
50g Nutella
+ extra Nutella and chopped roasted hazelnuts
