I know that sometimes we want to make this big change when a New Year comes but the truth is we just need to remember the process of changing anything that takes time and patience.
One of the most important things you can do is be kind to yourself and have empathy. We are not going to get to where want tomorrow or even the day after tomorrow, it will be a process. As they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day.
